Tradeport East Business Center

With over 1,900 acres available, Tradeport East is less than one mile from I-95, just 20 minutes from I-16, and merely 30 minutes from the Port of Savannah and Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. Tradeport East offers large sites with foreign trade zone designation. In Tradeport East, IDI, a national full service real estate development firm that is consistently ranked in the top five industrial developers each year, has committed to purchase 300 acres (with an option to take down 1,000 total acres). IDI recently completed construction of a 502,000 SF speculative building in Tradeport East and are currently preparing five building pads ranging in size from 200,000 to 1,200,000 SF.
