Tradeport East Business Center

With over 1,400 acres available, Tradeport East is less than one mile from I-95, just 20 minutes from I-16, and merely 30 minutes from the Port of Savannah and Savannah-Hilton International Airport. Tradeport East offers large sites with foreign trade zone designation. In Tradeport East, IDI, a national full service real estate development firm that is consistently ranked in the top five industrial developers in the United States each year, has purchased 250 acres, constructed a 502,854 SF speculative building, and prepared five building pads ranging in size from 200,000 to 1.2 million SF. Tradeport East has been designated as a Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) site by the Georgia Allies.

Tradeport West Business Center

Tradeport West, located adjacent to U.S 17, less than two miles from U.S. 84, and less than five miles from I-95, has over 3,900 available acres and possesses large rail sites that have foreign trade zone designation. The Georgia Allies have designated Tradeport West as a Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) site.

Hinesville Technology Park

The Hinesville Technology Park, home to Savannah Technical College’s Liberty County campus, is adjacent to GA 196 and less than two miles from U.S. 84 and GA 196. The park has 30 acres available for development and is located less than five miles from Fort Stewart. In the park, there is also a 28,644 SF available building.

Midway Industrial Park

Midway Industrial Park is located less than two miles from I-95 via U.S. 84. The established park is home to several anchor tenants and has 5.54 acres available for development. A 80,200 SF building is also available in the park.
