LibertyFest

As Liberty County's signature festival, LibertyFest encompasses something for everyone.

This family-oriented event sponsored by the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce is held the 3rd weekend in July. LibertyFest has a new permanent home at Bryant Commons in Downtown Hinesville. Friday night's events include great food and beverages, a Street Dance, and an Open Class Car & Motorcycle Show.

The fun kicks off again on Friday at Bryant Commons in Downtown Hinesville.  All day long you will find great food and cool drinks to keep your pallette satisfied.  Vendors from all-around the region will serve coastal flavors as well as southern Bar B Q and old-fashioned hamburgers and ice-cream. Arts and Crafts booths will adorn the festival area where you can get an early start on your holiday shopping.  Liberty County's rich, cultural heriatge will be showcased through various displays and demonstrations.

There is plenty for the kids to do including kiddy rides, kids fishing derby, and a petting zoo.  Musical acts,  dog shows, and bands will entertain festival-goers all day and into the night where the headline bands take the stage in the early evening.  And the night would not be complete without a Professional Fireworks show over the Bryant Commons Pond that is absolutely breath-taking.
